the summer of arts, Catterick

The Summer of Arts was arranged by e50K around Catterick Garrison. Highlights include:

• e50K Forest School: five fun filled days where over 50 children came along to play, learn and be creative in Bramble Woods - we can't wait to host our next one.

• Water conservation day: The wonderful team at Severn Trent Services held an information day about water conservation and keeping our water pipes clear and clean. They also brought games and a jet vac on possibly the hottest day of the year!

• Creation of a living sculpture: possible thanks to donated plants from Tesco and Braithwaits in Leeming Bar.

• Theatre in the Woods: the wonderful theatre company Rusticus put on 3 performances of their wonderful story time, woodland creatures. Thanks goes to Rusticus as well as Garrison Command Welfare for their support and Cross Views Tea Room for supplying the food.
